What is IQI?

IQI is the corporate umbrella for a portfolio of companies currently operating in the Renaissance District.  Collectively, the companies which are owned by Kevin Smith, will occupy nearly half a million square feet of space in the Studebaker Technology Campus.  Both the Campus and the Renaissance District itself, are products of these IQI companies working together:
